Why is it important to improve our memory, learning, and concentration?

It’s because without muscle memory, learning, and concentration it would be impossible to learn and unconsciously can effect our pointer. Here i will tell to you about “how to improve our memory, learning, and concentration.

How to improve our memory, learning, and concentration?

MEMORY = Memory is one of the most precious gifts that we get,because of that we are rsponsible to maintaining and improve our memory. There are many things we can do to improve our memory such as we can try tricks like creating a list of errands or timetable to give the brain additional hints to retrieve information. Other than that, we also can try a fish oil supplement just like my lecturer said before. Many studies have shown that consuming fish and fish oil supplements may improve memory, especially in older people. But for me, to improve my memory i will try trick like repeating something out loud,so that the information will be recorded and retrieved later when i needed.

LEARNING = To improve our learning, We can do UNDERLINING tips, it is because Underlining is one of the simplest and best known study tips. It’s easy to highlight the most significant parts of what you’re reading by using the highlighter. But before you consider to underlining anything, you should do a comprehensive read of a text for just underline the most important information. The underlining something means you are attracted with certain things from the text. This tips much more usefull  because we does not to go crazy and highlight entire blocks of text. But for me, i will use own style to improve my learning style such as make my own STUDY NOTES. It’s because taking Notes is one of the most effective study skills out there. I always use the study notes to summarise lecturer article into my own words,so that i can easily study. For me, the study notes be able to summarise the content as quickly as possible without wasting my time to search for any info.

CONCENTRATION = To improve our concentration, we must LOVE OUR SUBJECT, This is a secret. When you love a subject, it loves you back. So, if you dislike any subject, for a day, drop the hatred. Simply tell your mind, “Today, I shall read this with a lot of love.”Try it and observe the difference. Do you make an effort to concentrate on a badminton or soccer match or while watching an interesting movie? You are attentive just naturally, isn’t it? The same holds true for your studies. Like it and you will be able to concentrate better. The result: better grades. But for me i will SLEEP WELL for the effective ways to improve my concentration. It’s because my body and brain needs the enough rest at least seven to nine hours. When my body and brain get enough sleep i will be able to do any activities and be more concentrate in the class. Sleep well also help to repair my body and keep me healthy so that i can not be able to sleeping in class during lecturer give lecture.
